Click on Clear Download Cache while on the Downloads tab. In my case when download stopped I exit Uplay, share my mobile data from phone, connect my pc to my mobile internet and go back to uplay and download about 100mb update.

Uplay download keeps stopping. I just got a new WD2 and would love to play it but I’m pretty confused at this point. You are using an ADSL connection to the network and its speed is set too high. I haven’t had these issues with IE8 and it’s the same issues since reverting to IE8. Left it at work and asleep when it was slow to start but definitely nada.
